A network of fraudulent maritime classification, registry, and seafarer certification websites operated under Oceaniek International (oceaniek.org), a self-described holding company previously known as Alexarya Corporation. Active across multiple flag state impersonations; condemned by at least five governments and the UN IMO.

Distinctive in targeting not only legitimate maritime authorities but also cloning sites from other fraudulent networks — the hub domain is a typosquat of imsag.org (Oceaniek) and one site duplicates a Unity network domain.
