Federated States of Micronesia

The Federated States of Micronesia’s maritime authority administers vessel registration. The FSM does not operate a large open international registry.

As of February 2026, 10 ships were fraudulently flying the FSM flag (fishing vessels and platform supply ships, average tonnage 1,537 GT).
