Site confirmed fake by the Government of Nicaragua (IMO Circular Letter No.5135). The fraudulent entity calling itself NIATA (“Administración de Transporte Acuático Internacional de Nicaragua”) operated through this domain. Two vessels were identified in the circular: TIYARA (IMO 9231224) and SEUN (IMO 7508336). Attributed to the Oceaniek network.
In February 2026, NIATA issued a fraudulent Nicaraguan certificate for Al Jafzia (IMO 9171498) dated 2 February 2026. The vessel was detained by the Indian Coast Guard on 6 February 2026 carrying Iranian oil; it was then presenting a false Aruba flag, before the NIATA/Nicaragua certificate was produced by 11 February 2026.
